### **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Service**:
- Deliver exceptional customer care and assist shoppers in finding products.
- Address customer queries and complaints effectively.
2. **Cashier Duties**:
- Accurately process cash and card payments.
- Manage lay-bys and process customer refunds.
- Balance tills and report discrepancies.
3. **Merchandising**:
- Ensure stock is accurately priced and displayed.
- Maintain high standards of presentation on the sales floor.
- Stay updated with promotions and assist with stock replenishment.
4. **Risk Management**:
- Ensure products are tagged according to company policy.
- Participate in stock takes and report suspicious activities to management.
5. **Adherence to Policies**:
- Consistently apply Ackermans values, policies, and procedures in all aspects of work.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

- **Essential Skills**:
