### **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Marketing Cloud Utilization**:
- Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, scripting languages (HTML, AMPscript, SQL), and data management across various studios (Email, Mobile, Ad, and Contact Builder).
- Ensure dynamic, personalized content through digital communication channels.
2. **Template Development and Optimization**:
- Develop and optimize email and SMS templates using HTML, AMPscript, SQL, and CSS.
- Create mobile-responsive designs and refine email communications aligned with digital campaigns.
3. **Quality Assurance (QA)**:
- Perform QA testing for automations, landing pages, journey setups, and dynamic email content across various email clients.
4. **Performance Measurement and Enhancement**:
- Measure and improve performance metrics like open rates and click-through rates using A/B testing and other methods.
5. **Campaign Execution**:
- Manipulate data for personalized, segmented campaigns, support marketing URL tagging, and manage digital communications.
6. **Advice and Collaboration**:
- Provide advisory support on email marketing best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and integrate featured assets into email campaigns.
### **Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in email marketing or digital design with a marketing technology platform.
- Enterprise-level experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud email certification is required.
### **Qualifications**:
- A 3-year diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
### **Knowledge**:
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML, AMPscript, and SQL.
- Retail industry knowledge is a plus.
- Strong understanding of testing, analysis, optimization, targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
### **Skills**:
- Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning, organizing, communication, and conflict management skills.
- Attention to detail, resilience, initiative, and innovation.
### **Technical Skills**:
- Experience with automation execution, journey flows, CDP data management, and other digital communication initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
