### **Minimum Requirements:**
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Basic Pharmacist Assistance qualification
- Registered with SAPC
- Experience with Unisolv
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Sound numerical skills
- Strong English language skills, plus a second language
### **Advantageous:**
- Knowledge of Retail/FMCG operations
- 3rd additional language
- Experience with SAP and E-Scripting
- Knowledge of drug and family planning, and complementary medicine
### **Responsibilities:**
- Assist with the sale, compounding, and manufacturing of medicines
- Re-package and control stock of scheduled medicines
- Order medicines and substances
- Interpret and prepare prescriptions accurately
- Provide patient counseling and manage customer profiles
- Handle medical aid claims and errors
- Maintain stock levels and ensure accurate dispensing of medications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team
- Trustworthy, honest, and physically fit
### **Special Conditions:**
- Registration with SAPC
- Ability to work retail hours
