- The Commercial Processing Centre division has positions available for Insurance Consultants. These positions will be based in Auckland Park and will report to the Team Manager.
The Insurance Consultant positions are process orientated roles with a strong attention-to-detail focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of commercial risks managed and administered on external systems and the subsequent mirroring of the administrator’s schedule onto Santam’s systems.
The Successful Incumbents’ Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
• Identifying and highlighting risks that may be within the National Survey Policy.
• Delivering a high standard of work.
• Ensuring that the information captured promotes profitability and sustainability of the portfolio.
What will make you successful in this role?
• Completed Grade 12
• Fais compliance
• Proven work experience in commercial policy administration and underwriting within the short-term insurance industry
• Minimum 3 year of experience in a commercial lines environment within the short-term insurance industry

• Basic computer proficient skills (MS Office Packages)
